How You'll Learn

The Inclusion Coordinator Certificate is built around live, online learning.

Led by an experienced facilitator, live evening sessions focus on discussion, collaboration, case studies followed by reflection, and practical application. Rather than simply learning new concepts, participants reflect on how they can better support educators and strengthen inclusive practices within their child care centres.

Self-paced readings, videos, and reflection activities provide the background knowledge for each module and prepare participants for meaningful conversations during live sessions.

What You'll Explore

  • Inclusive practice
  • Disability and diverse learning needs
  • Challenging behaviours
  • Mentorship and coaching
  • Reflective practice
  • Collaborative problem-solving
  • Building educator confidence
  • Creating inclusive cultures

The focus is not on supporting one child. It's on supporting educators and strengthening inclusion throughout your child care centre.
